PR #: LTC RE05006017, NSN 5342-01-288-9289 Locking Device RFP #: SP040605R1406 Contracting Officer: GAIL GARY /804-279-6851 Issue Date: February 26TH, 2005, Closing Date: APRIL 15TH, 2005. This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 110 days ARO. Solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. A Surge Plan is not required. Configuration Control Applies. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
