Description

Chemical Paper: NSN: 6665-00-050-8529, P/N: 5-67-266 M8 Paper; and NSN: 6665-01-226-5589, P/N: 5-67-280 M9 Paper to satisfy requirements for the next five years. TACOM-Rock Island has a requirement for an estimated total quantity of 3,195,006 books o f NSN: 6665-00-050-8529, and an estimated total quantity of 1,493,526 rolls of NSN: 6665-01-226-5589. FOB shall be destination. Proposed 5 year requirements contract is issued as a full and open competition. Ordering periods will be from award date thru 30 Dec 2010. First Article testing is required; Estimated solicitation issue date is March 21, 2005. This solicitation shall be i ssued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102; therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following Internet address: http://aais.ria.army.mil. TDP wi ll not be available on the Internet and you will have to request it through tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respon d to them to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
