Description

The Government proposes to procure a four year, multi-year requirement beginning with Lot 3 (Fiscal Year 06 through 09), for 211 each Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight (MTADS)/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (PNVS) Arrowhead Upgrade Kits (FY 06 Basic), 182 each MTADS/PNVS Arrowhead Upgrade Kits (FY 07 Option Year 1), 91 each MTADS/PNVS Arrowhead Upgrade Kits (FY 08 Option Year 2), 128 each MTADS/PNVS Arrowhead Upgrade Kits (FY 09 Option Year 3), kit installation, integration and fielding on AH -64A and AH-64D, publications/electronic technical manuals, technical data, associated initial spares, user training, and engineering services for the MTADS/PNVS for basic and option years. An option will be included for replenishment spares for FY 06 thr ough FY 09. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) may be bought under this contract subject to Letter of Acceptance (LOA) approval. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encourage d to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal with shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Note(s): 22, 23, and 26.
