Description

Merced River Road Rehabilitation: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to install culverts and place asphalt pavement over a prepared surface on approximately 600 feet of the Merced River Recreation Area Road on the north side of the Briceburg Bridge and approximately 165 feet of Bull Creek Road as it intersects the Merced River Recreation Area Road. Work is located in Mariposa County, CA. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $ 25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated period of performance is 45 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about March 15, 2005. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
