- Description
- The procurement is to provide Commercial Facility Management Services at the Postal Square Building, 2 Massachusetts Avenue, NE, Washington, DC. The contractor will provide all the management, administrative, and technical support to accomplish the following services: facility management, operation and maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment, elevator maintenance, janitorial service/debris recycling and removal, reimbursable services and utility work. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210. The initial contract period is for one(1) year and the US Government shall have the unilateral option to extend services for four(4) additional consecutive periods of one(1) year each. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically on/or about October 15, 2004. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.arnet.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidders list for this procurement. The Bid Opening is scheduled on/or about November 16, 2004. Services under the anticipated awarded contract are scheduled to start April 1, 2005. No bonding is required for the acquisition. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) firms only.
