Description

Solicitation for contractor to provide maintenance and repair services, including software upgrades, for Dictaphone Dictation System equipment. This is for the Enterprise Express Voice Model EXV02, Client Workstation Model EXV10 and 16-Port software Package Model 139537. The contract will be for a base period of six (6) months and three (3) pre-priced option years. This solicitation is offered as a cascaded set-aside. It has been 100% set-aside for small business. If, after receipt of offers, two or more small bussinesses do not meet the requirements, the solicitation will be available for full and open competition. All responsible offerors are encouraged to submit a quote on this solicitation. All offers must be received by the date and time specified in block 8 of the SF1449. See numbered note 1.
