Description

Offutt AFB requires the following service(s): Teleradiology Service for Ehrling Berquist Hospital. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Teleradiology Service for Offutt AFB, Nebraska as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A request for proposal will be issued on or about 10 March 2005. This acquisition will be competed on an Unrestricted Basis. The proposed contract shall have a six (6) month basic period, starting 01 April 2005 through 30 Sep 2005, plus one (1) year options. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. Upon issue, the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. Contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration prior to award of any Government contract. Additional information on registration is available at CCR website address: http://www.ccr.gov.
