Description: The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) intends to negotiate with Hamilton Sundstrand Sensor Systems (HSSS) in Pomona, CA, on a non-competitive basis (per FAR 6.302-1) for the manufacture and delivery of up to 30 addition al Chemical Biological Mass Spectrometer IIs and spare parts. These systems/parts will be purchased under a cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to Contract No. DAAD13-03-C-0012. The contractor is considered to have the resources, experience, capability and expertise to meet this requirement within the program schedule. Note 22 applies.
