- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description Tooele Army Depot has a requirement to purchase and install 1 each Onax 80160 Jet Machining Center or equal. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is W90WL5-05-T-0041. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular 2001-27. The applicable NAICS code is 333298 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 3559. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisiti on, addenda to include the following: Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-70 00, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items shall be provided by the offeror. In order to compete for this contract, interested parties must complete Offeror Representations And Certifications-Commercial Items per FAR subpart 52.212-3 A lt I via the Business Partner Network (BPN) web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. It is the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract to the vendor with the best value based on price and other factors including technical capability and delivery. To be eligible for award, all offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Information on the CCR may be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov. Specifications: For work envelope/cutting table, X-axis travel 168 inch (4260 mm); Y axis travel 80 inch (2030 mm); X-axis table size 174 inch (4420 mm); Y axis table size 91 inch (2310 mm); material support slats 4 inch x 1/8 inch galvanized steel; maxim um supported material load 250 lbs/sq. ft. (1,200 kg/sq. meter). Drive description: closed loop, digital drives, brushless servo motors, pre-loaded ballscrews with recirculating ball bearings and hardened precision ground ways, bridge style Y-axis, optio nal two cutting heads with adjustable Y-spacing, full Y-axis travel for single-head operation, and motor controlled precision Z-axis. Electrical requirements are 440-500 VAC, 60 Hz/3-Phase. Pump options 30 horsepower, 50,000 psi. Include pressure booster , water filter unit, bladder tank, DFX file capability, and nesting capability.
