Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional info rmation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation--a written solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number W26MT9-5031-3001. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Char lottesville, VA is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) with Cytec Corp., proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authori ty of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. This action is for the purchase of TX/128x128 Mainframe. Item 0001: QTY 1 each.; IF-6 LAN interface w/RS232 Control Option, Item 0002: QTY 1 each; MC-2 Keypad Manual Control w/LCD Display, It em 0003: QTY 1 each; TX/16-50-IN-SMB Input Module, Item 0004: QTY 12 each; TX/16-50-OUT-SMB output module, ITEM 0005: QTY 12 each; TX/32-BNC-PP 32 Channel SMB to BNC Patch Panel, ITEM 0006: QTY 12 each. Delivery to 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911-8318. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04.
