Description

The Contractor shall be required to furnish and apply canal sealant to ditches and canals prior to the beginning of the irrigation season. These ditches or canals are located in various areas throughout the State of Montana. Individual task orders will be issued for each water district on an individual basis. This contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend the contract for four additional one year intervals not to exceed a cumulative total of five years. The Government reserves the right to choose not to exercise the option years. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for March 30, 2005 at the Bureau of Reclamation Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th, Billings, Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for additional set. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 221310. The small business standard is $6 Million. After issuance, the Solicitation, Offer, and Award Form (Standard Form 1442) may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To request a hard copy of the solicitation (including drawings) contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart Black Eagle. The request must be on Company Letterhead, and include the following information: contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number, and Dun and Bradstreet number.
