Description: Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price, sole source contract to Cubic Defense Application, San Diego CA, for the maintenance and support of the Surveillance Control Data Link (SCDL) which is a key element of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JointSTARS) Program. Cubic's SCDL contains proprietary data, and as such has proven interoperability with other components of the SCDL System. Therefore, Cubic will satisfy the Governments needs to ensure compatibility with the existing equipment. See numbered note 22.
