Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is isssuing a solicitation for the purchase of Juniper products to support the Advanced Information Technology Service Joint Program Office (AITS-JPO). The product list is as follows: 1) AC Power Cable, US ? Solicitation HC1047-05-T-4012 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334119. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The delivery date will be 30 days after receipt of order. The place of delivery will be 4601 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 711, Arlington, VA 22202, ATTN: Paul Foresta. The acceptance and FOB point is destination. The following provisions in their latest editions apply to the solicitation: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All quotes will be evaluated on price, delivery and technical requirements.
