This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 42 days ARO. A Surge Plan is not required. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
