Description

MODIFICATION - NEW SYNOPSIS NAICS - 238210 CLASSIFICATION CODE - Z - MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF REAL PROPERTY This project is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to furnish and install a fire alarm system in twelve buildings at the Anaconda Job Corps Center, located in Anaconda, Montana, Deerlodge County. The system shall provide the level of safety required for students and staff, and shall interface with the system that is currently installed in the Culinary Arts lab, which is Notifier AFP200 by Honeywell. This shall be a firm fixed price contract. This project shall be full and open competition, with award to be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. It is anticipated work shall begin approximately May 01, 2005. Performance period is 60 calendar days. NAICS code is 238210, size standard $12.0 million. Estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately March 17, 2005.
