Description: Provide labor, equipment and materials to install Government provided vinyl picket fencing in Military Family Housing. The fencing consists of approximately 540 six-foot sections. Each section must be assembled. All posts must be set in concrete. Gateposts must also be set in metal reinforcement inserts. The contractor will provide the metal reinforcement inserts. Each yard will be individually fenced using 12 to 15 six-foot sections and will include a personnel access gate. Fences will be installed in or near the 200 blocks of two adjacent streets, Carswell and Schilling. The Government will provide the location and layout of each fence and will obtain digging permits and marking.
