Description

The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Framework Sound. This effort is to provide the Government with the test of a Network Quality Graphics package designed, produced, and presented on a large viewing screen (Jumbo-tron) with high quality sound. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The unique capability provided by the vendor is the immediate response to the urgent and compelling request in conjunction with the 10 March 2005 acceptance show. This is a one-time test of a concept that will be presented to senior USAF leaders. No future requirements are anticipated. This notice is for informational purposes only; therefore, no formal solicitation will result from this announcement.
