- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following items on a Sole Source basis: Six (6) Data Source Portable Cloner Model PC-V10 with the following features: Intel P4 2.8Ghz processor, Intel motherboard with onboard gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) & front side bus speed of 800 Mhz, 1 GB RAM and onboard video, 2.5 inch internal 60GB 7200 RPM system hard drive, Firewire 800 card, Windows XP Professional OS, two LSI 22320-R dual headed SCSI controller cards with two ext! ernal connections each, external DC-RW drive, (3) three lightweight hard drive receivers, (3) three lightweight hard drive carriers and (3) three 400 GB 7200 RPM IDE hard drives (p/n PC-V10), and Six (6) ExactCopy software configured for hard drive duplication including disk resizing option and multi-job option (p/n ExactCopy Software). No substitutes are acceptable and only this make and model are required. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be March 8, 2005 with an anticipated award date of March 11, 2005. All items will be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
