Description

USAID/Jordan intends to modify this contract No. 278-C-00-03-00222-00 with Academy for Educational Development (AED) to increase its total estimated cost by approximately $810,000.00. This contract was awarded through full and open competition to AED to implement a program entitled "Improve Water Use Efficiency in Jordan". This non-competitive modification is being awarded under authority of AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5). Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All statements of interest received within fifteen days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to proceed with this proposed contract action based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
