There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 50-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249, 250-299. The surge requirement for this item is as follows: 60 ea to be delivered in 90 days, 60 ea. to be delivered in 120 days, 60 ea. to be delivered in 150 days, and 60 ea. to be delivered in 180 days. Delivery is to be 120 ea. within 210 days, with 120 ea. delivered every 210 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed three (3) years.
