Description
RA0429500050000, This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-00-516-8819, Ripcord Assembly, Parachute, P/N 51B7752 IAW DWG 51B7752, Revision C and Applicable Supports. The following exceptions Apply: Mil-W-5424 superseded by Mil-W-83420. and Weld or Braze the -2 Stop. Braze per Mil-B-7883, Grade B. First Article Testing/ Preproduction Approval Government Testing Required. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. QAP 008. Surge Requirements Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government, 348 each, Required delivery 62 days ARO without First Article Testing. Required delivery 402 days ARO with First Article Testing. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA or Richmond, VA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Notes 1 and 26 apply. 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
