- Solicitation number SP0406-05-R-1838, RE043360010000, NSN 6850-01-477-1569, for Desiccator, Indicating. Solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. Stock lines only to SNG, New Cumberland, PA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. Estimated annual demand quantity is 657 EA base year, 404 EA (option years); guaranteed minimum quantity is 101 EA (base year only). Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, with FOB Destination, 85 DARO. QAP 002 applies. Specifications, standards, and qualified product lists which may also constitute a part of the TDP should be requested from the following website: http://dodssp.daps.dla.mil. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 24 March 2005, with a closing date of 22 April 2005.
