MACC is a multiple award, competitive design-build indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition based on a general statement of work further defined with each individual task order. Work to be performed under the MACC will be the general construction category, to include repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork on base property as well as industrial/office buildings on Offutt AFB. The purpose of this notice is to seek qualified, service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) Small business concerns, for the non-personal services listed in this announcement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Construction. Acquisition Size Standard for NAICS 236220 falls within $28.5 million average annual receipts, see website http://www.sba.gov/size/sizetable2002.html. Contract teaming is encouraged as prescribed under the SBA rules for Joint Ventures, Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor arrangements and the SBA or DOD Mentor-Prot?g? Procedures. Respondents are requested to submit a capabilities statement, in electronic copy, reflecting experiences (3-5 years); organizational structure; financial capability; must identify their business status. In the capabilities statement, firms should describe government or commercial contract experience, i.e., cite government or commercial sources with a point of contact (name, phone, address & email if available). The information requested should not exceed twenty-five total single-sided pages, typed in twelve-pitch font size, capable for reading in Windows 2000 Professional operating system and Microsoft?
