Description

Requirement for award of an firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate company-sized Administration Building located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with specifications, d rawings and conditions contained in the solicitation. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAI CS) code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. This solicitation will be competed as a total HUBZone set aside. Bid documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about March 18 2005. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will NOT be d irectly notified of solicitation amendments. The bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on solicitation. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic submission of bid documents will NOT be allowed.
