- Furnish all labor, equipment, and floating plant required to remove and dispose of sand located at Sunflower Bar upland disposal site at Mile 78, Black Warrior and Tombigbee River System, Clarke County Alabama. Quantity of sand to be removed and disp osed of is approximately 500,000 to 1,500,000 cubic yards. This is a commercial items acquisition issued under Subpart 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
