PROJECT SUMMARY: The National Park Service is seeking quotes for a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessarty to proved a 2 inch thick, Class B, asphalt concrete pavement overlay (approximately 8,900 square yards) on existing paved and unpaved roadways. LOCATION: Work will be performed at three locations in Lake Roosevelt NRA; Snag Cove Campground, North Gorge Campground and China Bend Boat Launch. Snag Cove Campground is located off U.S. Highway 395, take Kettle River Road and then Flat Creek Road on West bank of Columbia River. North Gorge Campground and China Bend are located along State Highway 25 north of Kettle Falls, WA in Stevens County. This is a best value procurement set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. Contract duration is 30 days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with a completion date sometime in October or November, 2005. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
