Description: System shall take the 3D Cad data in .STL format from the user?s 3D Cad station, and slice it into layers. Layers are then fed into the machine from its slicing software, known as Insight. The machine must take real ABS or Polycarbonate Plastic and heat to a point of solidification and extrude it layer by layer. Layers are set by the user depending on their need for strength and detail. Once the layering process is done the user should have what was drawn in their 3D cad package.
