Description

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) has identified a requirement to provide professional shuttle services for employees and guests of the (USHMM) and perform local taxicab services or comparable transportation to transport USHMM employees to or from the sites listed in the Statement of Work. Please Note: For purposes of this solicitation it is perferable that the Contractor has a presence in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. The Contractor shall furnish all vehicles and provide seating for a minimum of 14 passengers plus the driver. The vehicles shall provide comfortable seating for transporting adult passengers with high headroom and sufficient space for transportation of mail and normal office equipment. The Contractor shall also be solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles. The vehicles shall run as prescribed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the following schedule: Destination and Schedule of Shuttle Services USHMM L?Enfant Plaza 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW 950 L?Enfant Plaza, SW Washington, DC 20024 Washington, DC 20024 Unless otherwise specified in writing, the shall shuttle departs the USHMM on the quarter hour, drops off at L?Enfant Plaza, picks up any passengers, and returns to Museum. Departures from the USHMM: 8:45am 1:15pm 9:15am 1:45pm 9:45am 2:15pm 10:15am 2:45 pm 10:45am 3:15 pm 11:15am 3:45 pm 11:45am 4:15 pm 12:15pm 4:45 pm 12:45pm 5:15 pm The contract period is for a 12-month base year plus four additional one-year option periods.
