- The Department of Defense, TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Aurora, CO, has released the TRICARE Health Care for Puerto Rico Question Sets II and III through the TRICARE website at http//:www.tricare.osd.mil/contracting/healthcare/solicitations/index.cfm - as of January 13, 2004. All potential offerors (including potential subcontractors) who have not registered for the Puerto Rico solicitation, should apply at the same web site above. The electronic version can be viewed and downloaded at the above web site. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JAN-2004).
