Description

Provide labor, equipment and materials to perform preventive maintenance and repair on all elevators, dumbwaiters and cart lifts at the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC for base year plus four one-year renewal options. Contractor also to provide daily on-site elevator inspections, all parts including hydraulic fluid and emergency service response within one hour of call from VA official. The NAICS code is 238290 and is full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted to the web o/a 3/19/05; bid opening will be o/a 4/26/05. FAR Clauses 52.204-7 and 52.204-8 will be part of this solicitation. These clauses require the contractor be registered through Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and submit annual representations and certifications through the ORCA system, through the CCR process. Interested firms will be required to download the solicitation and any amendments. Estimated dollar value of this procurement is $250,000 to $500,000 for base year and four one-year renewal options.
