Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. 786-93-05 for the following services: Contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to repaint the flagpole and wrought iron fencing at Ft. Winnebago Soldiers' Lot Cemetery, Portage, WI. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms, and conditions of the contract. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, this construction project's estimated price range is as follows: Less than $25,000.00. This is a 100% set aside for emerging small business. The NAICS code is 238320. Size standard for an emerging small business is average annual receipts not greater than $6 million. Requests for hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to Paul C. Daugherty, Contract Specialist U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Centralized Contracting Division (41D3A), 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Requests for hard copy must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference solicitation number 786-93-05 on remittance. Hard copy solicitation will be available on or about March 21, 2005 via the ordinary mail. A copy of the solicitation may be obtained electronically FREE OF CHARGE via VA's Business Opportunities System and FedBizOpps. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about March 21, 2005. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:30 PM, April 22, 2005. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the VA's Business Opportunities System and FedBizOpps . Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Numbered Note 1 applies.
