CLIN 0001 New Mexico package (002480NM), includes magnetic card swipe, 2D bar code reader, 12 volt battery pack (part #021493), battery module (part #021483), dry gas delivery system (part #011148), scotty .08 gas cylinder (part #340129), Thermal paper 3 rolls (part #015088), mouthpieces 100 (part #015007), software (part #015071), two year limited factory warranty, Qty. 02 ea. CLIN 0002 Shipping. Brand name or equal. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F2K3AQ5048A100. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program IAW FAR 19.1007 and is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 334516, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 8251 M-Avenue, Bldg. 20412, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5635.
