Description

Concerns having the ability or furnish a Garrett Magnascanner PD 6500i Walk-Through Metal Detector OR EQUAL for the Department of Interior, Office of Trust Records, shall provide written notice including point of contadct and telephone number to the acquisition office by 03/08/2005. The unit is requested with enhanced 33 zone pinpoint detection and throughput of 60 persons per minute with precise target location identification on right, left, or center of body from head to toe for highest performance standard for safety today. The unit must be Tamper Prood. Bids will require price for freight, installation, calibration, training, and certification of all persons involved with security checkpoint screening. This information will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist. This notice represents the Government's only offical notice of this procurement. All sources responding to this announcement shall submit information relating to their business status, including as to whether small, large, minority-owned, women-owned, or 8(a) certified. The NACIS for this action is 334519. A firm is considered small if it has 500 or fewer employees.
