Description
The purpose of this amendment is to reissue the synopsis due to transmission difficulties of the initial synopsis. The date for submission of quotes is extended to 9 Mar 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N00244-05-T-0319. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27 and DFARS Change Notice 20050222. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 326113 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Detachment Seal Beach requests responses from qualified sources! capable of providing: CLIN 0001, 5% Borated Polyethylene, Size 1?X48?X96?, 75 Sheets. Place of delivery is Concord, CA; delivery required within 45 days ARO. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
