Description

The US General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 2,500 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 2,150 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet) of quality space in White Plains, New York. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. This space is to be located in the CBD. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information recieved together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purposes of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
