- The Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for the purchase of: 100 Each - Towcart front casater wheel assemblies, steel, king pinless design, roller clutch bearing 10 1/8 overall height and 200 Each - Towcart Bumpers, rubberized, 1/8" thick wall on 2X2 tubing, 1/8" thick rubber (red) 3 sides. This a combined synopis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Quotations must be received by 3:00 PM EST, 29 March 2005. The award will be made using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Quotations will be accepted by mail, fax or email to Robbie Witmer, Defense Distribution Center, DDC CSS-A, Building 81, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, FAX - 717-770-7591 or Email: Roberta.Witmer@dla.mil.
