Description

This project is unrestricted (not set-aside for small business.) Provide monthly maintenance for reciprocating equipment and air cooled condenser, air handler, central air station, rooftop unit at National Forage Seed Production Research Center (NFSPRC) and at Horticultural Crops Research Labortory (HCRL), location at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Corvallis, OR. This acquisition will cover 4 years: one base year and 3 option years. The base year is for the period 01 April 2005 through 31 March 2006, and the option years are for each subsequent year, through 31 March 2009.
