Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4861-05-Q-B101 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 532490. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is one that the Annual Gross Revenues does not exceed $6,000,000. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as an unrestricted solicitation open to both large and small businesses. This is a commercial purchase. The contractor shall provide all labor, tool, training, supplies and equipment to lease, delivery and install a Daktronics ProStar Video Plus Screen. We are requesting pricing on two options. We will award the option that is most advantagous to the Government. Contractor?s quotes shall be brand name or equal and include pricing for the following line items: OPTION 1 - 0001- 1 Each, Rental of one (1) 21?7? H x 29? 7? W Daktonics Prostar VideoPlus Screen. Screen must be able to be raised 30? in height. Screen required to be mounted on ?low boy? trailer as not to obstruct audience?s view of bombing range. Screen image must be visible in direct sunlight. Screen must be in place and operational no later than 10:00 A.M the day prior to the Actual event for rehearsal. Fire Power Demonstration Scheduled 8 Apr 05, which will be held at Nevada Test and Training Range 63, Point Bravo, NV (27 Miles north of Las Vegas). Video Display Screen is to be shipped FOB destination (shipping costs are to be included in the price of the item) to Nevada Test and Training Range 63, Point Bravo. Include any duty taxes, if applicable. If submitting ?approved equal? items, product literature must be submitted with the quote.
