Description
The purpose of this amendment is to include the changes required. Required Transformations to the vehicle: DRIVERS COMPARTMENT Drivers cabin two seats Light and siren switches Single protection breaker (110V) Outlet 12 V. Reading light Two-way communication system (between patient and drivers compartment) . Air Conditioning PATIENT COMPARTMENT Cabin and patient compartment is divided, but equipped with sliding windows, which permits communication between the cabin and patient compartment Floor and panels are covered with acoustic and thermal protection, composed of washing material of high quality One aluminum stretcher for conception, certified for SEPIC Folding Stretcher with mattress, adjustable pillow and seat belts, located on left side in the patient compartment, equipped with wheels, can be moved to the center back and forward, adjustable height system TRENDLEMBUG, with aluminum cart for transport. Two seats with seat belts, one on the left side at the head and the other on the right side of the stretcher Complete oxygen system with 6 cylinders (20 Lt. Cylinder) Support brackets for a fire extinguisher Support brackets for serum Support with brackets for portable oxygen Support for heavy duty and stretcher ?Redimax? Two hand rails along side the sides of the roof in the patient compartment Three lights with adjustable control lighting inside the patient compartment Electric ventilator equipped with system regulator for extraction/introduction of air applied through the roof of the patient compartment A series of cabinets for ?first aid? Cabinet with drawers At entrance of the patient compartment, there is a cabinet, serves as a base for a first aid bag Washstand with water supplied by an electric pump Container for hand towels and soap Heating system in the patient compartment Alarm system between the patient compartment and the drivers cabin Conversion from 12V to 110V and 110V to 12V 6 12V outlets 3 110V outlets Detachable directional light on the back of patient compartment Electric control panel All windows of the patient compartment are smocked by 2/3 of special glued paper EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE 8 blue strobe light bar and 100W siren Eight halogen lights applied to the roof of the vehicle Two directional lights applied too the sides of the vehicle Wavering tone siren One 110V exterior outlet Two emergency windows Word ?AMBULANCE? stencil patch reflective, choice color (any inscriptions or slogans will only be installed if coordinated and approved with requester) Requirement is reserved to Portugal and it's terrotories.
