Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation, and proposals ar e being requested. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-05-T-0360. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular (FAC) 97-27. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331491 and the Business Size Standard is 750. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solic itation. The contractor shall provide: Clin 1  SUPELCO 11048-U, CARBONEX 569 20/45 MESH, 22 EACH; Clin 002  SUPELCO 11049-U, TENAX GR 20/35 MESH 500GR, 8 EACH. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the Transportation Office, Edgewood Area, Bldg. E5185, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md 21010-5423. The following clauses will be incorporated by reference. 52.209-6 Protecting the Governments Interest When Subcontracting with contractors debarred, suspen ded or proposed for debarment 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.223-11 Ozone-Depleting Substances, 52-247-34 F.O.B. Destination. 52.216-19. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acq uisition. The contract will be awarded to low price Technical acceptable. The government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial al Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certification with its offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stat utes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
