- NAVAIR Orlando TSD intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Northrop Grumman (NG) for Combined Tactical Training and Analysis System (CTTAS) integration support, software development kits, and licensing for the Generic Re-Configurable PC Based Training System (GRTS) program. The purpose of this sole source award is to promote competition for the GRTS application development, RFP number N61339-05-R-0023. The total dollar ESTIMATED for the acquisition is $2,050,000. This ESTIMATED cost consists of a 5 years software developer?s kit and licenses ($200,000), CTTAS integration support for the estimated application demand ($1,125,000), and CTTAS run time licenses at selected US Navy facilities. This sole source award is based on FAR Part 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Anticipated award date is end of March 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and technical capability statement in response to this notice. Navair Orlando Contracts shall consider all responses.
