- The Government is seeking to lease office and related space in the area of St. Johnsbury, VT. This requirement shall consist of approximately 5,000 Rentable square feet of office space. Rentable space must yield approximately 4,234 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet for use by the Government?s tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Parking for seventeen (17) vehicles must be located on-site. Four (4) of the seventeen (17) parking spaces shall be reserved for Government vehicles. The lease term shall be five (5) years firm with a two (2) year option. Space must be ready for Occupancy on or by September 1, 2005. The offered space must be located within the following delineated area within the town of St. Johnsbury, VT: Starting at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Hospital Drive proceed south on Memorial Drive until Railroad Street. Take Railroad Street east until Concord Avenue. From Concord Avenue, proceed east on Portland Avenue until State Street. At the intersection of State Street and Portland Avenue, proceed west along Portland Avenue until Bay Street. As Bay Street dead ends, proceed back up north along Bay Street until it intersects with Pearl Street. Proceed along Pearl Street until it intersects with Railroad Street. Follow Railroad Street South until it intersects with South Main Street. Go north on South Main Street until Western Avenue. Proceed west on Western Avenue until Central Street. Proceed North along Central Street until it intersects with Cliff Street; proceed north on Cliff Street until it hits Mt. Pleasant Street; proceed east on Mt. Pleasant until it intersects with Hastings Hill; proceed north on Hastings Hill until becomes Memorial Drive and intersects with Hospital Drive.
