Description
U.S. Government seeks office space in CBD Chicago, Illinois. Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 4,600 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space in the CBD of Chicago, IL. Space must be located within the following boundaries with attractive, prestigious surrounding with a prevalence of modern tasteful design in modern use building, within the following boundaries: North: Randolph Street; South: Adams Street; East: Canal Street; West: 90/94 Kennedy Expressway. Contiguous (same floor) space is required for the minimum of 4,000 and maximum of 4,500 usable square feet with available future expansion space up to a maximum of 10,000 usable square feet. The offered space should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards.
