Description

The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 10,396 square feet of rentable space in Steubenville, OH. The space requirement can be satisfied with space in an existing building or through new construction (build-to-suit). Rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,219 to a maximum of 9,040 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Parking is needed for 40 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 2006. Offered properties must be within the city limits of Steubenville, OH. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The offered space should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Proposals from brokers or agents must be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location.
