Description: Attorney services are required to provide legal services in connection with foreclosures with or without deficiency judgments, judgments, and/or actions to recover possession related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. USDA, Rural Development (RD) seeks to enter into a fixed price IDIQ contract, with services ordered by the issuance of task orders. The solicitation will be a small business set-aside. A best-value award will be based on the following evaluation factors: technical, price and past performance. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be for a base period from date of award through September 30, 2005 and four one-year options. The contract will be performed entirely within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 22, 2005. Proposals will be due by 2:00 pm on April 22, 2005. The NAICS Code is 541110 and the size standard is $6 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
