Description
PLEASE CROSS REFERENCE SAME TITLE F13DAW50401300(a). This includes photos of items attempting to procure. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact individuals in the lower portion or this synoposis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F13DAW504013is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26, AFAC 2005-0209, AETC FAR Sup 2003-7, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20050222. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 315228 with a small business size standard of 500 personnel. Line Item 1300: Staff Physical Training Uniforms. Consisting of 1ea Medium White Polo Shirt and 1 pair of medium shorts 70 sets; Line Item 1301, Staff Physical Training Uniforms. Consisting of 1ea large White Polo Shirt and 1 pair of large shorts 70 sets; Line Item 1302, Staff Physical Training Uniforms. Consisting of 1ea X-Large White Polo Shirt and 1 pair of X-Large shorts 70 sets; Line Item 1303, Staff Physical Training Uniforms. Consisting of 1ea XX-Large White Polo Shirt and 1 pair of XX-Large shorts 10 sets. Description of Shirt is as follows: White Polo shirt with cuff on the sleeves, 3 button front w/ Air Force ROTC Logo and Staff underneath. The shorts a Black with drawstring and length shall not be shorter than mid-thigh. There are no markings or logos on the shorts. Photo is attached.
