Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to convert OC-ALC/MAE obsolete CD Rom data into a readable format in accordance with the manufacturer's specification and the statement of work. Anticipated award date is 01 Apr 05. SAP will be utilized. The proposed contract action is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
