- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for psychological testing evaluation services. The offeror must be able to assist Cyber Crimes Center (C3) and Law Enforcement Support Center (LESC) personnel in identifying problems that hinder the ability of employees to effectively and consistently perform required tasks. This requirement is Full and Open competition and is being conducted using the test program at FAR 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 624190. The award will be made to the offeror, who provides the best overall value to the Government. The resulting contract will consist of a base period and four one year option periods.
