- DESCRIPTION: NSN 4820-01-389-9061, Valve Plug, Cage Code 53424, Cunico Corporation, P/N DD-4840. This is a unrestricted acquisition. Full and open competition applies. Total PR quantity is 39 each with a 100% option (see Clause I17D01). Material will be shipped to Tracy, CA. Please see note 26. The solicitation will be available on it?s issue date 8 Mar 05 At https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested is 90 days. FOB is destination, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instructions and requirements in solicitations and contract awards." See Note(s):09, 13 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 8 Mar 05 The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
