Description
Solicitation SP0750-05-R3717 is a 100% small business set-aside for NSN 2590-01-199-5423, Control Assembly, Push-Pull (Accelerator Cable) in accordance with TACOM drawing 19207 12338360 for a quantity of 11180 AY, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 11180 AY, IF EXERCISED). NSN has a First Article Test (FAT) requirement: 5 units, 60 days. NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Requested delivery with FAT of 210 days ADO and without FAT 120 days. Destination may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 30, 2005 at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCC.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER, WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. See Numbered Note(s): 1, 13 and 26. "Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instructions and requirements in solicitations and contract awards."
